 In a few hours, I’ll hop on a plane for a quick day trip to visit with a dear friend; she’s been in the midst of some complex struggles, and despite everything, is resolute in her mission. I’m looking forward to a wonderful day, and will share some moments of joy through our day.

Hope is an important asset that we need when it comes to our future – we all hope that it will work out well. But beyond hope, there is determination – it provides the rocket fuel for our actions. I don’t think I have ever met anyone who has achieved great success without seeing great determination in their mind and in their eyes.
