Not only have I been busy implementing awesome virtual stage presentations, but I’ve also been hard at work putting together the concise leadership insight that organizations will be demanding as we eventually begin the long, complicated path of emerging from the pandemic.

It’s pretty dismal out there right now, and it’s pretty obvious that a massive leadership and societal failure is unfolding at speed. It will undoubtedly get worse before it gets better; the exponential math of virus science is unrelenting, despite the denial of those who would wish otherwise. It’s pretty likely that in the next few weeks, we’re going to see the absolute collapse of some sectors of the healthcare system in particular countries.

It’s when we are at our lowest that we have the opportunity to lift ourselves to our eventual highest. One day, we will all look back at this, and hopefully, be focused on the lessons learned as to the next future to avoid.

We also need to get through today with an action plan for tomorrow.
