Success is a series of failures punctuated by small wins, built upon the experience of hope!

At least, that’s what I’ve worked hard to convince myself is a truth!

I see many people who try to succeed at something but only put in a marginal effort. They don’t go through all of the steps, thinking there might be an easy way to achieve success. They are unwilling to commit to the hard work that is involved in real reinvention.

And then one day they sit back and wonder why things didn’t work out the way they hoped they would!

As we head into 2021. it’s critical to realize that it will truly be a transformative year. If 2020 was the year of reckoning with reality, the next one is a year of reinvention and rebirth. Entire industries and professions have been forever changed, and those who discover the disruptive shift and what it implies will be those who succeed.

I plan to be a part of it! And so I work hard to have a small failure in my virtual studio at least every second day! I developed a stage style on great stages that was pretty effective, and which brought me to events worldwide. Each moment I take a small step in my virtual studio, I’m one leap closer to achieving the same thing in a new, virtual world.

I have no plans to be a mediocre performer – I intend to shine with the radiance of optimistic action!
